Bio
Brittney began her legal career in environmental non-profits. Her work included advocating for science-based policy on wolves, helping Native tribes in the Southwest access resources for renewable energy, and preserving Arizona’s waterways. This work eventually led her to a law clerk position in a civil litigation firm.
Brittney graduated with her Juris Doctorate and worked in civil litigation takes a range of cases that include §1983 prisoner’s rights cases, personal injury cases, real estate and property disputes, trademark disputes, lease and contract review and drafting, family and domestic matters, as well as probate and estate issues. She enjoys advocating for her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
Before law school, Brittney had a career in massage therapy utilizing somatic therapies and helping her clients map their emotions in their bodies. Brittney is both a licensed massage therapist and a certified Reiki Master. She uses her background in somatic work as she helps clients navigate the legal system in a resolution-oriented manner.
Brittney is from the Verde Valley and enjoys spending her time with family, or outdoors with hiking and camping with her dogs.
